Hello,

This is a reminder to complete your timesheet for the pay period of 06/12/2023 to 06/25/2023. Timesheets for non-exempt (hourly) employees should be completed no later than 10:00 A.M. on Friday May 26, 2023.

If you are an exempt employee (salaried) and have no time exceptions to report (vacation, sick, etc.) for this period, you do not need to complete a timesheet. If you do have exceptions to report, complete your timesheet by 10:00 a.m. on the Friday before the pay period ends.

If you have already completed your timesheet, please disregard this message.

To complete your timesheet:

  1. Visit the UAccess homepage<https://uaccess.arizona.edu/>.
  2. Choose the Employee/Manager Self Service option and log in using your NetID and password.
  3. Ensure that you are on the UA Employee Main Homepage. If not, choose it from the drop-down at the top left of the page.
  4. Select the Time tile.
  5. Select the Enter Time tile.
  6. Enter your hours for both weeks of the pay period.
  7. Click Submit.

Verify that all time and the time reporting code(s) are accurate before submitting for both weeks of the pay period.
If you have technical questions, please contact 24/7 IT Support Center at (520) 626-8324 or https://uaservice.arizona.edu

I am currently working a flexible schedule and due to my summer family/work life schedule crossover, you may receive emails from me outside of normal work hours. Please do not feel any pressure to respond outside of your own work schedule.

Best,
