[Plantsci] Zoom Phone Transition

Greetings Faculty and Staff,

As you are aware UITS is planning to migrate phone service to Zoom Phone. The original deadline for the transition was mid-October, that deadline has been moved to early January. A few months back we requested your assistance with filling out an online form with information required for the transfer, unfortunately, the response rate to the survey was in the low 20%.

I'm reaching out to give you another opportunity to respond. Please look at the attached spreadsheet, see the tab labeled "Individual Lines," the individuals highlighted in yellow filled out the survey the first time around, all others did not. The second tab on this are Special Lines, aka lab phones, please look at the information and make edits as you see fit and return to me.

I would appreciate if you completed editing the information in Box by Wednesday, November 23rd.

FYI... any individual line not claimed will be moved to Zoom as disconnected; if someone realizes too late that they forgot to provide feedback, UITS will be able to reattach their line after it's moved to Zoom.
