[Plantsci] Change in Payroll Deadline Due To Veterans Day Holiday

Hello Faculty & Staff,


Here are important Payroll deadlines and reminders for the upcoming Veterans Day Holiday on Friday, November 11, 2022:



Payroll Processing Schedule

All payment requests and timesheets must be approved and submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2022, for the pay period ending on Sunday, November 13, 2022, to guarantee that employees will be paid on pay date Friday, November 18, 2022.



Holiday Time

Holiday time for Friday, November 11, 2022, was populated on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, on all active and eligible employees timesheets in UAccess Employee. Please remind employees that it is their responsibility to confirm that holiday time has been entered correctly on their timesheet. Employees who are not taking holiday time should remove these hours from their timesheet.



An exception employee who should not be paid for holiday time must add unpaid leave to their timesheet. These hours must be reviewed by the Time Approver to avoid an incorrect paycheck.
