[Plantsci] Payroll Processing Schedule

Hello All,

University Closure will begin on Friday, December 23, 2022, through Monday, January 2, 2023. To guarantee employees are paid on Friday, December 30, 2022, complete the following items for the upcoming pay period ending on Sunday, December 25, 2022.

*         Time Sheets must be approved and submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2022, to guarantee that employees will be paid on December 30, 2022.

*         All exceptions and interface files must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022.
Holiday and University Closure time was populated on Monday, December 5, 2022.

To ensure that all employees, including exception employees, are paid correctly, it is the responsibility of the Time Reporter and Time Approver to verify holiday and closure time have been added correctly. Employees who are not taking holiday or closure time should delete these hours from the timesheet or the employee may be at risk of getting overpaid or underpaid.

Please ensure that your time reporters verify their timesheets and approve by this Friday at 5:00pm.
