[Plantsci] ATLAS Server

There was and issue with the Atlas server about an hour ago.
Since I already had its upgraded replacement ready I switch everyone to the new and improve
ATLAS server, there shouldn't be anything anyone needs to do, you will automatically will be connected to it
Please let me know if anyone has any problems
