Hello All Benefits Eligible Employees:

This year you are not required to take action. If you have a Flexible Spending Account, you are required to take action to renew that, it does not automatically carry over.

If you are a new hire since mid-October, your health insurance you chose is through the end of the 2021 year. You will need to also choose your benefits during open enrollment to ensure your coverage for 2022 as well.

Why review your benefits?

Even though action is not required this year, you may still want to review your benefits. Consider recent or upcoming life changes (marriage, divorce, new baby, etc.), and ensure your listed beneficiaries are up to date.

If you do not take action, your current benefits elections, with the exception of FSA plan elections, will automatically carry over into the 2022 plan year.
