Students are already required<https://covid19.arizona.edu/mandatory-testing> to have weekly testing.
For information on Mandatory Employee Testing for Spring 2021: https://covid19.arizona.edu/mandatory-testing-employee
Where to go to Register and Schedule an Appointment for Testing: https://covid19.arizona.edu/covid19-testing
You will use your Wildcat WellCheck<https://wellcheck.arizona.edu/>, which is required to submit for all Employees daily if on campus, to track your testing. Those Employees who receive all required doses of COVID-19 vaccine<https://covid19.arizona.edu/vaccine> during spring 2021 semester will be exempt from testing requirements for the remainder of the semester. Time spent completing a test is considered work time, subject to certain restrictions. Please work with your supervisor if you have any questions about these requirements. Supervisors should provide the support and flexibility necessary to ensure employees are able to receive their weekly tests and may contact Human Resources for assistance.
For further information please refer to the links provided, for any other questions please reach out to Erin Korte or Amanda Stevens. And thanks Amanda and Erin for your work in support of this effort!

Dear Colleagues,
Thank you for the great leadership and adaptability you have demonstrated during the pandemic by regularly engaging in mitigation efforts to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Given the unprecedented high number of cases currently in the state of Arizona, there is a need to take further steps for the safety of our entire community.
Beginning the week of January 18, certain employees who work on Main Campus (including the Health Sciences Center) will be required to test for COVID-19 at least one day per week. These employees can receive a free test at a University testing site<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=9308d60a335291e2c8129d2945f1194fa4ab26d8efa1d46f7c03fa5ac8494a1a2f0858293547548611d1037be96468f6a9445d6be5ba12e1>, and we strongly encourage you to test here so additional strain is not placed on county resources. However, you may test at a non-University location.
These testing requirements are based on guidance provided by a 12-member working group<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=9308d60a335291e2e726224d63f36ac121d88cfe0b7250e22e5babb470d03d0067170e48fab5056e6cfd4e1a3e5362806fd03bb0a69816d9> with six faculty members, including two representatives from Faculty Senate, and a representative provided by the Classified Staff Council and Appointed Professionals Advisory Council.
Employees who perform the following job duties on Main Campus at least one day per week will be required to test weekly.
* In-person instruction or in-person meetings with students.
* Facilities management or operations duties, such as custodial or maintenance work, or transportation duties in vehicles with co-workers or other passengers.
* Food preparation, service, delivery, or clean-up.
* Point of sale transactions or interactions.
* Research duties within six feet of other individuals in campus labs or research support spaces.
* Other duties that involve in-person proximity (e.g., six feet or closer) with others for more than 15 minutes cumulatively during a work shift.
If you perform these duties, please self-report using Wildcat WellCheck<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=9308d60a335291e27d8133b7aa537ebb0fb5aaf07b99f50d6547a10f6ada3be142f4af1db338c4bfe2d649755143a198f731c18d64362531>. Employees who receive all required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine during spring 2021 semester will be exempt from testing requirements for the remainder of the semester.
As a reminder, all employees are required to enroll and use Wildcat WellCheck<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=9308d60a335291e27d8133b7aa537ebb0fb5aaf07b99f50d6547a10f6ada3be142f4af1db338c4bfe2d649755143a198f731c18d64362531> each day before they are on a University of Arizona campus or begin campus-based activities. Supervisors should provide the support and flexibility necessary to ensure employees are able to receive their weekly tests and may contact Human Resources for assistance.
The Test All Test Smart Team has worked hard to ensure testing at the University of Arizona is as safe, convenient, and easy as possible. Thank you to everyone who will be testing weekly as part of our efforts to protect the health and safety of our community.
