[Plantsci] Payroll Deadline Changes due to Winter Closure

Hello all-

Please review the attached email from the UA payroll team on upcoming deadlines and changes of normal processing for payroll due to the University Closure.  Some highlights:

  *   University Closure is scheduled for 12/23/21 - 01/02/22
  *   Holiday time: 12/23, 12/24, 12/31

For pay period: 12/13 - 12/26

  *   All time must be submitted on your timesheets by 10:00 am on Friday, 12/17.  You must fill out the full timesheet (please estimate the hours you will work beyond 12/17 and communicate your plans to your supervisor).
  *   I will run initial payroll at 2:30 PM on Friday, 12/17.
  *   Final payroll will be submitted at 5:00 PM on Friday, 12/17.
