Reminder to All Time Reporters: Due to Labor Day Holiday all time is due on Friday, Sept. 3rd by 5pm.

  *   If you are working Sept. 4th or 5th, you may enter the estimated time by Friday, if not you will be paid those hours on the following Sept. 24th paycheck.

Time Approvers: Please ensure you are approving all time by 5pm on Friday, Sept. 3rd. If time is not approved by the deadline, there will be a delay in payment to employees.

Here are some important reminders regarding the Payroll deadlines for the upcoming Labor Day Holiday.

Payroll Processing Schedule for Pay Period Ending September 5, 2021:

All Payment Requests must be approved and submitted by 5:00 pm on Friday, September 3, 2021, to guarantee that employees will be paid on pay date September 10, 2021.

Time Sheets must be submitted and approved no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, September 3, 2021, to guarantee that employees will be paid on pay date September 10, 2021.

Holiday time was populated for September 6th, on August 23rd, for all active & eligible employees.  This time must be reviewed.

To ensure that all employees (this includes all Exception employees) are paid correctly, it is the responsibility of the Time Reporter to ensure the holiday time has the correct hours per day. Employees who are not taking holiday time should delete these hours from the timesheet.  An Exception employee who should not be paid for this time must add unpaid leave. These hours must be reviewed by the Time Approvers, or the employee may be at risk of getting overpaid or underpaid.
