[Plantsci] New Graduate Program and Student Support Coordinator

Dear members of the School of Plant Sciences,

Please join me in welcoming Amanda Armendariz, our new Coordinator. Amanda started on Monday Aug 23, the first day of classes and the first day here for all the new graduate students. It has been a busy week!

Hello, my name is Amanda Armendariz and I am the Graduate Program and Student Support Coordinator for the school. I am a CALS alumna with my undergraduate degree in Family Studies and Human Development. I received my MSW from Arizona State University and have been an undergraduate advisor at UArizona since 2007. I began working for the college in 2016 as an undergraduate advisor in Career and Academic Services working with online students. My office is in Forbes 319 and to best assist you, I am on the ticket request system<http://www.splshelp.arizona.edu/>. You would select student support under the “Help Topic” area and your request will be delivered to me. I look forward to meeting you all and am excited to be part of the School of Plant Sciences team.
