[Plantsci] Return to Work Training - mandatory

Hello All SPLS Employees:

This is a reminder to complete the UA COVID Return to Work Safety Training on UAccess Learning. This is MANDATORY for all employees. Currently we only have a completion rate of 29.5% of our employees. Please complete this as soon as possible.

If you are having trouble signing up for the training, here are the steps:

  1.  Cut/Paste link into Internet Explorer: https://tinyurl.com/UArizona-COVID19-ReturntoWork
     *   Learning works best in IE, Firefox or Chrome Incognito. Ensure no other UAccess windows are open.
  2.  UAccess Learning opens up
  3.  Click on Enroll. New window opened, click on Submit Enrollment (or at least mine did)
  4.  Go to My Learning link at the top of the screen.

  1.  You should see the training listed: UA COVID-19 Return to Work Safety Training. Click on it.
  2.  Click Launch at the bottom of the page
     *   Make sure you allow pop-ups

  1.  Watch the training.
  2.  In 24-48 hours you will receive an email indicating you completed the training.

  *   You may encounter some errors when using Learning. Most are solved by clearing your Cache/Browser History or switching to a new browser, Incognito in Chrome and Firefox seems to work best. Make sure you have no other UAccess windows open, Learning is selfish and will not work with another UAccess window open. Make sure you allow pop-ups, the training does open a new tab/window.

Please see the announcement below regarding a new REQUIRED training on returning to work. A formal announcement with instructions will be coming from the Provost’s Office.  All employees are required to complete this training.

Follow the link below (directed to UALearning) and complete the training (>20 minutes).  Within 48 hours you should receive a certificate of completion via email.  Please forward the certificate to Erin: erinkorte at arizona.edu<mailto:erinkorte at arizona.edu>.
