Background:
In November, the University of Arizona will launch EDGE Learning<https://edgelearning.arizona.edu/>, a new Enterprise Learning Management System for delivering and tracking training and professional development activity for all employees and students. EDGE Learning will replace UAccess Learning and integrate with several other systems – including the CITI Program<https://about.citiprogram.org/en/homepage/> – so that all your research compliance training records will be accessible and documented in one user-friendly system. To ensure your CITI training records are properly imported into EDGE Learning, please complete the following action item.

Action Item (please complete no later than Nov. 1, 2020):
Add your UArizona NetID to your CITI profile today by completing the following steps – it will take just a couple of minutes. See attached PDF for detailed instructions with screenshots.


  1.  Log in to CITI via the WebAuth Single-Sign-On (SSO) portal<https://bit.ly/3mw3UAe> using your UArizona NetID and password.
     *   If this is your first time logging in to CITI via the SSO portal, proceed to step 2. If you’ve already logged in this way before, then you will be taken directly to your CITI account home page. In that case your NetID is already affiliated with your CITI account and you don’t need to take any additional action.
  2.  If prompted, link your existing CITI Program account with your SSO account by selecting “I already have a CITI Program account.”
  3.  Log in to your existing CITI account using the username and password associated with that account (it should be different from you UA NetID and password).
  4.  You’re done!

Logging in via SSO and linking your existing CITI account will automatically add your NetID to your account and ensure that your CITI training records are accurately added to your profile in EDGE Learning.

Please also note that, beginning on November 1, the WebAuth SSO portal will be the only way to log in to the CITI Program.
