Good afternoon -

Per guidance from university leadership in relation to COVID-19 and in consultation with Dr. Jenks, the business office staff will be working remotely beginning March 16.  Please reach out to us during office hours via phone, email, or Microsoft Teams IM, and we will do our best to continue providing all normal services.  We will return your voicemails promptly during office hours.  Please be considerate of the fact that many individuals are also dealing with uncertainly around childcare options and may be working a modified work schedule. So you have them all in one place, I’ve listed below our emails and phone information.  If you have a meeting already scheduled, we will be contacting you to make alternate arrangements for phone/Zoom meetings.   See you online.  We look forward to seeing everyone again soon.


  *   The business office will open daily from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm for anything that needs to be handled in person.  Please note that UArizona leadership is continuing to request limited contact as much as possible.
  *   Until further notice, no meeting rooms are being booked.
  *   Christopher will be on site daily to monitor facilities.  He has been instructed to work remotely as often as possible but will remain on-call for emergencies.

Please review the notice below and communicate its contents to your employees for how payroll should be handled/entered.
