The enrollment process will soon begin for the 2020–2021 childcare-support programs offered through Life & Work Connections. Please review the information below and enroll early to take advantage of these programs.

Childcare Choice

The 2020–2021 Childcare Choice – Employee Program<https://apps.hr.arizona.edu/sendy/l/uthT05jnrBqH19PAv07Uvw/tXt6b9SYwyvCwx892ax7VkPg/Yj1ASXnJ8dR36F92Vl892zTw>1 reimburses benefits-eligible employees up to $2,000 annually* per household for qualifying childcare in Arizona.

July 1: Application materials available

You have a full month in advance of enrollment to complete materials and get signatures.

Aug. 1: Enrollment opens

After approval, you will be able to claim qualifying July expenses.

To apply:

  1.  Beginning July 1, download the Enrollment Verification Form.
  2.  Complete the form and have your childcare provider sign it.
  3.  Beginning Aug. 1, upload the completed Enrollment Verification Form with your 2020-2021 Childcare Choice Program E-Application.

*Available enrollee slots are prioritized based on enrollment date.

Sick and Back-Up Childcare

The University partners with third-party vendor Trusting Connections to provide benefits-eligible employees a backup childcare option. Enrollees in this program are able to request temporary in-home childcare from a Trusting Connections caregiver for only $5 per hour.

To enroll:

  1.  Beginning July 1, fill out the Employee Registration E-Form.
  2.  Follow the emailed instructions to complete vendor registration on the Trusting Connections website.
