[Plantsci] UCAP Reassessment Process in ALVSCE

Hi Everyone-

The memo below was recently circulated by the Dean’s Office and concerns the upcoming UCAP procedures and deadlines.  Please note: UCAP mapping results with salary ranges will be sent to Classified Staff and Appointed Professionals on October 29.  The deadline to submit a reassessment packet to the Plant Sciences Business Office is November 6.  Instructions are attached.

If you are planning to request a reassessment, you may wish to begin developing your packet, as we would like to request that we receive the completed packets as soon as possible.

To: ALVSCE Employees, Supervisors, and Unit and Extension Leaders

UA HR Compensation will notify Classified Staff and Appointed Professional employees of their final University Career Architecture Project (UCAP<https://ucap.arizona.edu/>) mapping and salary range on October 29.  These employees will have the option to request a reassessment.  A completed reassessment packet must be submitted to the unit business office no later than November 6.  The ALVSCE reassessment process has been developed and reviewed by HR Compensation for consistency with the UA process.  It is available at the UCAP in ALVSCE<https://compass.arizona.edu/ucap> website under “ALVSCE Communications and Presentation on UCAP” and includes contacts for questions and assistance.

If you are thinking of requesting a reassessment, there are steps you can begin today.  Given the tight deadlines, your assistance to submit early is extremely appreciated by everyone involved in the process.
