[Plantsci] Learning Opportunities!!

Hello All:

I wanted to make sure you all were aware of the various learning opportunities available to you as employees on the UA Campus. As the saying goes "there is an app for that", well when it comes to development the UA is pretty good at having a training for that. Please take advantage of these trainings, majority are free!

If you are a long time supervisor, new supervisor or plan to ever be a supervisor, then the Professional Development trainings are for you. The list below are all listed on the UAccess<https://uaccess.arizona.edu/> Learning website. Some may be available, others you can plan for later and receive notification when they are available:

  *   I have taken most of these and have always come away with a new idea or something to implement

  *   Highly recommend Managing Emotionally Charged People and Managing your emotions During Conflict, really helpful for supervising and understanding yourself!
