[Plantsci] Personal Vehicle use

Hello All-

To remain in compliance all UA Employees who use their personal vehicle for business use must complete the Personal Vehicle use form, provide proof of current Car Insurance, and complete the Defensive Driving Certification. Using your personal vehicle would include going from campus to the farm or other offsite facilities. It does not include driving to and from work. So if you work consistently at an offsite location, then this would not apply. However if you take your vehicle to-and-from another location on a regular basis for work, then this would apply.

If this applies to you, please complete the following:

1.       Complete the Personal Vehicle Use form: https://risk.arizona.edu/sites/risk/files/personalvehicleuseform.pdf

a.       Turn in the form to the Business Office (Forbes 303) or email to me

2.       Supply a current copy of your Car Insurance

a.       Requested at the bottom of the Personal Vehicle Use form

b.       Turn in the copy to the Business Office (Forbes 303) or email to me

3.       Complete the Defensive Driving Certification on UAccess Learning

a.       Instructions on how to enroll: https://risk.arizona.edu/training/defensive-driving

b.       You may encounter some errors when using Learning. Most are solved by clearing your Cache/Browser History or switching to a new browser, Incognito in Chrome and Firefox seems to work best. Make sure you have no other UAccess windows open, Learning is selfish and will not work with another UAccess window open. Let me know if you are not able to clear the error to continue.
