Overview: Intermittent WebAuth login error

Services Affected: University web pages utilizing WebAuth Login Services such as UAccess Employee, UAccess Student, and D2L.

Date and Time: Monday, March 12, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.

Impact to Campus: Customers may receive a "504 Bad Gateway" error when logging in through WebAuth pages. The login may proceed after a few attempts.

Planned Operation: UITS is aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
