Overview: Intermittent WebAuth Login Error

Services Affected: Any websites using WebAuth such as UAccess, D2L, and Catmail

Date and Time: Monday, June 11th, 2018 at 8:00 a.m.

Impact to Campus: Customers may receive an error message when trying to log on to applications using WebAuth.

Planned Operation: UITS is the aware of the issue and is working with the vendor to restore functionality.
