Overview: Intermittent Logon Issues with Duo Authentication

Services Affected: Campus services that require Duo Authentication

Date and Time: Monday, July 9th, 2018 at 9:35 a.m.

Impact to Campus: Customers may experience issues logging on to services requiring Duo Authentication.  Customers may see a 504 Gateway Timeout error when trying to authenticate.

Planned Operation: UITS is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the problem.
