Symbiosis: An Exhibit of Biological Art Call for Submissions
We are very excited to announce our 4th annual science and art event titled "Symbiosis: An Exhibit of Biological Art" to be tentatively held Wednesday evening, November 8th on the University of Arizona campus! This event is meant to showcase the aesthetic appeal of the life sciences and celebrate the fusion of science and art. The even will be hosted by Nu Rho Psi - National Neuroscience Honor Society, Alpha in Arizona Chapter and the College of Mind, Brain, and Behavior.
We welcome submissions from any UA affiliate (students, faculty, staff) as well as members of the local Tucson community. We are eager to collect as many submissions as we can, and we deeply appreciate your time and consideration. We welcome any form of expression, from photos and paintings to sculptures and musical performances. Artwork can either be put up for sale or simply be displayed and returned to the artist afterward. This is a great opportunity for scientists and artists alike to showcase their unique, interdisciplinary talent.
