[Plantsci] email migration

The department is starting to get migrated to the new email system
If you have outlook version 2016 you do not have to do anything on your computer or mac it should be able to make the changes necessary automatically.

On your mobile devices, to be able to get email it will be necessary to remove your account from the mail app you are using either Android or  apple OS
The best app for this new email system is Microsoft outlook you can download the app from the App Store or Play Store
