Dear School of Plant Sciences Members:

Your input is needed to make the School of Plant Sciences inclusive in all social dimensions. During 2016 the University of Arizona, Office for Diversity and Inclusive Excellence issued a guidance document for academic units implementing and practicing Inclusive Excellence. The School of Plant Sciences now has an Inclusive Excellence Committee that includes faculty, staff and student representatives. This committee will report to top-level administrators on progress or issues regarding the implementation and practice of Inclusive Excellence, and we need your help.

Your opinions and experiences are critically important to the Inclusive Excellence mission. This questionnaire has 14 questions and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
