Dear School of Plant Sciences Members:

One of the most wonderful qualities of university life is being a part of a richly diverse community. The University of Arizona is dedicated to Inclusive Excellence, which defines diversity in the broadest sense, inclusive of all social dimensions. To achieve excellence, we must be inclusive.

During 2016 the University of Arizona, Office for Diversity and Inclusive Excellence issued a guidance document for academic units implementing and practicing Inclusive Excellence. The School of Plant Sciences now has an Inclusive Excellence Committee that includes faculty, staff and student representatives. This committee will report to top-level administrators on progress or issues regarding the implementation and practice of Inclusive Excellence, and we need your help.

Your opinions and experiences are critically important to the Inclusive Excellence mission. This questionnaire has 14 questions and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Your response is completely anonymous and no personal information or the IP number of your computer is recorded. We appreciate your input to make our School and CALS an inclusive environment.
