[Plantsci] Inclusiveness survey results

On behalf of Dr. Ursula Schuch and the Inclusive Excellence Committee in the School of Plant Sciences:


Dear School of Plant Sciences Members:

In February we sent a survey to get your feedback on your perceptions of how our School of Plant Sciences practices inclusiveness in all social dimensions. This was done in response to the University of Arizona, Office for Diversity and Inclusive Excellence requesting this information from all units with the goal to improve implementation and practice of Inclusive Excellence. Thank you for your responses which are summarized in the enclosed document. The School of Plant Sciences Inclusive Excellence Committee is working on a plan to implement practices that will address some of the issues that emerged in the survey. If you have any further comments or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact one of the committee members listed below for a discussion.
