[intermittent service interruption] Some Off Campus Users are Unable to Connect to University Services on Sunday, September 11th at 2:00 p.m.
Overview: Some off campus users are having trouble connecting to university services that use Shibboleth authentication.
Services Affected: CatMail, D2L, UAccess, Box and other services that use Shibboleth authentication.
Date and Time: Sunday, September 11th at 2:00 p.m.
Impact to Campus: Some users are unable to connect to University services.
Planned Operation: UITS is inve stigating the issue and working to find a resolution. Currently, users can connect to the University's VPN to resolve the issue.
