Widespread phishing emails

Good morning,

We have received many reports of a phishing email with the subject line "Admin Notice." The email first appeared to come from another university address, but many members of the UA community then received an email that appeared to be from a UA employee.

Following is the message:

From: <EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED>
Sent: Tuesday, May 24, 2016 6:15 AM
Subject: ADMIN NOTICE
Access to your Arizona mailbox account is about to expire, we recommend that you upgrade to avoid account suspension.
Please CLICK HERE <URL REMOVED> for quick upgrade.

If you receive this email, please delete it from your inbox. We have posted it, along with variations of the email, to our phishing alerts at hxxp://security.arizona.edu/phishing-alerts (copy and paste the URL, and replace "hxxp" with "http").

Please pass this information on to your units and constituents.

Thank you!
Teresa
