[Plantsci] NEW TICKET SYSTEM

I setup a new ticket system to be use for Computer Problems and for Business Office Requests.
The new link is http://www.splshelp.arizona.edu/

With this new system you will also be able to attach files.
To be able to track multiple request I recommend for all of you to Register and create an account in the system using your email address, This way you will be able to see and manage all of your tickets

The old system will stay in place until it is not needed it anymore.

For any problems with the new ticket system please give me a call
