HR Alliance Members,

Please help remind your colleagues of these three important points:
1.    Flexible Spending Account plan elections do not carry over from year to year. Anyone who wishes to enroll in or continue participation in the Healthcare and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account plans for 2016 must take action this week.

2.    Similarly, anyone who wishes to enroll in or change their other benefits elections must do so by Friday. It’s simple: visit UAccess Employee at uaccess.arizona.edu<http://arizona.us9.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=0aeb616343625dbd0d696bf1f&id=c10f971fe4&e=bdbbbb0727> and select Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment.

3.    Importantly, benefit changes are not recorded until the employee clicks the “submit” button at the bottom of the page. Employees should make certain they finalize their changes and save or print their confirmation statements.
