[Plantsci] Departmental Softball Game This Saturday!

On behalf of the plant sciences graduate students,



This is a friendly final reminder that the annual departmental softball
game is taking place this Saturday, November 7 at Fort Lowell Park: 2900 N.
Craycroft Rd. Along with the field (#8) we have reserved a nearby ramada
(#6) at which we are providing a picnic catered by BrushFire BBQ (
http://www.brushfirebbq.com/). We expect the picnic to begin at 12pm, and
the game to begin at 1pm.



We are looking forward to a great turnout! Significant others, children,
and pets are all welcome and encouraged. Please RSVP using this Doodle link

are able to.



If you have not yet provided donations but would like to please do so; we
suggest: $20 from faculty, $10 from post-docs and staff, and $5 from
graduate students. Those wishing to consume alcohol in the form of beer are
suggested to contribute $10 each to a separate fund. Please direct
contributions to the graduate club treasurer, Seth Steichen
ssteiche at email.arizona.edu. We need to order the catering prior to the
event so please donate soon!
