[intermittent service interruption] Some Lync 2010 Clients Cannot Connect to Server. Monday, May 11, 8:00 a.m.

Overview: Some Lync 2010 clients may receive an error logging into the new Lync server.

Services Affected: Select Microsoft Lync 2010 Clients

Date and Time:  Monday, May 11th, 8:00 a.m.

Impact to Campus: You may receive the following error signing into Lync: "Microsoft Lync 2010 is not a version that can be used to sign into the server."

Planned Operation: UITS has been notified and is working on a resolution.
