Here are some important reminders regarding the Payroll deadlines for the upcoming Martin Luther King, JR holiday.

Our next scheduled payroll processing day is on this holiday. This implies that some deadlines will have to shift by one day. Here are a couple of reminders:

·         All Payment Requests must be approved and submitted by 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 15th, 2015 to guarantee that employees will be paid on pay date January 23rd, 2015.

·         Time Sheets must be submitted and approved no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, January 16th, 2015 to guarantee that employees will be paid on pay date January 23rd, 2015.
