[unplanned service interruption] UAConnect Account Issues in Outlook. February 2nd at 9:00 a.m.

Overview: UAConnect account issues in Outlook

Date and Time: Monday, February 2nd, 9:00 a.m.

Services affected: UAConnect mail system through Outlook.

Impact to Campus:  Some users may not be able to connect to their UAConnect accounts through Outlook and may continually get prompted for a password. In the meantime, we would recommend to use the Outlook Web App located at uaconnect.arizona.edu.

Planned Operation: UITS is aware of this issue and is working towards a resolution.
