To Faculty and Staff,

It has been brought to our attention that individuals have been going into classes falsely representing Career Services and passing around a clip board and sign -up sheet to collect student names and emails related to "internship" opportunities.  These may be pyramid scheme companies targeting our underclassmen.  Career Services always pre-arranges any presentations or announcements with faculty members and does not use these techniques to collect student information. Please help us insure that  students do not fall prey to this intrusion.  Let us know if any more incidents like this come to your attention with the names of the company representatives and organizations.
