Hello Users,

Starting at 11am today (Monday 9/15), we’ll begin upgrading accounts on the new server. There should be no loss in email during the cutover. Hopefully, you had a chance to go through some of the steps I listed in Thursday’s email ahead of time. If you didn’t please take time to do these two below:

Two very important steps!

  1.  Make sure you can access the new webmail program, http://uaconnect.arizona.edu. In my previous email, I had this written down as http://email.arizona.edu, which should work, but some users had reported it as “out of date”.

  2.  If you forward your email from your @email.arizona.edu to @ag/@cals email account, you need to remove the forwarding via these very short steps: https://cct.cals.arizona.edu/node/244. Please do this ASAP.
