New Course/Seminars of Interest
Science Teaching Reading Group
Are you looking for ways to make your teaching more effective? Would you like an opportunity to meet and talk with fellow science educators?
If your answer is "yes," then consider joining the Science Teaching Reading Group. We meet once very two weeks, for an hour, and take turns suggesting topics and readings to discuss. Meetings are informal, and while some people come to every meeting, most folks just drop in when they can. So far, all of us are biologists, but we welcome folks from any discipline.
If you would like to receive meeting announcements, email me (Carla Essenberg) at essenberg at email.arizona.edu<mailto:essenberg at email.arizona.edu>. If you are interested in attending this fall, consider also filling out the following Doodle poll to let me know your availability: http://doodle.com/ha7fe45wbzcb56sc
