My name is Gypsy Estrada and I'm a student in the Sustainable Built Environments program of CAPLA.
I am currently working on sharing an upcoming event as part of my student internship with the nonprofit, Yume Japanese Gardens of Tucson, on the behalf of my internship director, Patricia Deridder.
I am hoping to connect with the school of Plant Sciences to share this community event.
The event will be lead by a fourth-generation landscape architect from Kyoto, Japan, and will be an exceptional opportunity for workshop experience on Japanese techniques for pruning Black Pine (I have attached a pamphlet of the event details to this email)
Although, since the event will be on next Tuesday, October 21st, to connect with interested members of CALS, I am wondering if there's a student network where this news can be announced on. I would appreciate any suggestions.
