Subject: ALERT: Forbes 2nd/main floor construction in two weeks

Work on the air handlers in Forbes will begin in about 2 weeks and will take place one floor at a time. The 2nd/main floor is scheduled to be the first floor to be worked on. As a reminder, construction on each floor will take TWO WEEKS, and during that time EACH SIDE OF THE FLOOR WILL HAVE ITS AIR TURNED OFF FOR A WEEK (no heating-cooling-air circulation). If ANY occupants on the second floor have concerns over this please attend the meeting with UA Facilities Management and contractors being held in Forbes 403E (Entomology Department library) on Thursday March 6 from 1-2pm. This will be the chance for your concerns to be expressed/addressed.
