[Plantsci] CALS EMAIL UPGRADE SURVEY

Tomorrow the college is going to be sending out a survey to get information from  users about the move of the cals/ag email server merge with the
University email.arizona.edu email system.
THIS IS NOT AN OPTIONAL SURVEY IT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED.

Below are screen shot of the survey please check them before you complete it tomorrow


*         Please read all the information provided by CALS. Once you have read and understood, click NEXT

*         We all have a NetID at the School of Plant Sciences, it is the same ID we use to fill out our timesheets. Select YES and click NEXT.

*         Make sure you fill out the correct information. Again, your NetID is what you use to login to UACCESS.

*         If your email has been switched to @EMAIL.ARIZONA.EDU please select it. If you are still using @CALS.ARIZONA.EDU or would like to keep it like that, then select that option.

*         For this part, if your default email is @EMAIL.ARIZONA.EDU, you are already forwarding CALS emails to UA email, so select NO.

*         For this part, most of us do not forward @CALS to any off-campus email. Select NO. If you do forward @CALS then select YES.

*         The rest is basic information. Please make sure to fill it out correctly
