Update on the FORBES air handlers:

In order to keep the air flow going throughout the building, and to avoid work being done on the top/4th floor when the weather is hot, work on the 4th Floor North Hallway will follow the work that is currently being done on the 3rd Floor South Hallway. This means the 3rd Floor North Hallway will not be worked on/have its air turned off for another 3-4 weeks. The air will be shut off on the 4th Floor North Hallway in 1-2 weeks. Facilities will update us when that plan is solidified. Until then, work will continue on the 3rd Floor South Hallway.

Subject: ALERT-BLDG. #36 FORBES: 3rd FLOOR AIR-HANDLERS
FYI:

Starting Monday, March 31st, construction will begin on the 3rd FLOOR AIR-HANDLERS in the SOUTH HALLWAY. The air will be completely turned off in that hallway March 31st - April 17th.

If you need to request office coolers from Facilities Management please do so ASAP so I can pass on the request.

I also want to note Facilities Management complimented the occupants of Forbes for tolerating the construction. I think we can all agree the end result will be well worth the effort.
