Hello All,

Brenna Carreon will be joining the Administrative Office Staff in the School
on Monday July 15, 2013.    Brenna will be working in the front desk area
and can be reached at 621-1977.  Her email address has not been setup yet -
we will let you know when it has been established.   Brenna will be
assisting the Administrative Staff on a variety of financial and
administrative duties.  In addition, after her initial training, she will be
able to work with you on the following tasks:

.         Generating outgoing FEDEX labels - a new FEDEX label form has been
created

.         Reserving the Forbes Conference Room (F413) and the Marley 3rd
Floor Conference Room (M341H)

.         Assisting faculty with photocopying for courses (including exams)

.         Reserving the pooled state vehicles

.         Distributing pay checks

.         Directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel

Brenna will also contact people regarding package deliveries and pickups and
will be distributing the morning mail.

with any other items.
