Update:  Emergency maintenance on the affected UAConnect Exchange database server has been completed and UAConnect services restored as of 2:40 p.m.  Users who experienced trouble using Outlook should close and re-launch the Outlook application to reconnect to Exchange. If there are any additional concerns please contact the 24/7 Support Center at 520.626.8324.

Service(s) Affected:  UAConnect Outlook

Impact to Campus:  Some users will encounter issues when opening Outlook client.

Planned Operation:  UITS will be preforming emergency maintenance on one of 30 Exchange databases.

Additional Information:  Affected users will be able to access email, contacts and calendars from the Outlook Web App at uaconnect.arizona.edu<http://uaconnect.arizona.edu>.
