Dear all participants for the SPLS research retreat

 

Thank you very much for signing up for the SPLS Research Retreat.  

 

We are organizing a couple of vans for helping your travel to Biosphere 2.
The HOV vans will depart the UA campus at 6AM on January 26th (meeting
location TBA).  For return travel, we are arranging so that one van will
leave Biosphere 2 for the campus as soon as the poster session is done at
6PM and the other one will leave after the night tour ends at 7PM. Please
let me (ckubota at ag.arizona.edu) know if you would like to take the vans
rather than driving your own car to/from Biosphere 2, no later than 9AM
Tuesday January 22th.  Please use the following format to reply.

 

Yes, I would like to take the van:

[    ]  for the 6AM trip from the campus to Biosphere 2

[    ]  for the return trip at 6PM or soon after the poster/reception is
over.

[    ]  for the return trip at 7PM or soon after the night tour is over.
