[Plantsci] New Deadline for Timesheets due to the MLK Holiday

Hello All,

 

Due to the Martin Luther King Holiday on Monday January 21, 2013, there is a
new deadline for timesheet submission and approval this week.

 

The revised schedule is:

 

.         All timesheets are to be completed and submitted by Noon on
Wednesday January 16, 2013 for the pay period from January 7, 2013 to
January 20, 2013.

.         The Time Coordinators will send the spreadsheets to the
Faculty/supervisors by 5 p.m. on Wednesday January 16, 2013 for review and
approval.

.         Approval from the Faculty/Supervisors for the time is needed by
Noon on Thursday January 17, 2013.
