Subject: Excavation between Forbes and Herring Hall_UPDATE

Digging has been postponed due to weather. Will likely begin on Thursday,
2/21 or Friday, 2/22.

FYI-

Beginning Tuesday, 2/19/13, Gilbert Electric will be hand-digging a hole on
the S. side of Forbes to uncover and tie in a spare feeder conduit. This is
being done in lieu of using machinery in an effort to keep the ADA sidewalk
open to pedestrian traffic. FM Custodial staff can coninue to come and go
from Forbes with trash carts. Since the hole will be open overnight, a
construction fence will be erected around the hole. Work should take 2-3
days to complete. This will complete all transformer-related work at
Forbes.
