Attached is a map to the fields.  If you have any balls, bats, or gloves,
please bring them!

Don't think Tucson evenings are cooling down quite yet, because it's that
time of the year again, when the battle of the students+postdocs vs.
faculty+staff will be bringing back the heat!

 

You and your family are cordially invited to the

PLANT SCIENCE ANNUAL SOFTBALL GAME

and BBQ

extravaganza!

 

Date:         OCTOBER 27 (SATURDAY)

BBQ time: 2 pm

Bat time:   3pm

Bat channel:  Jacobs Park (map attached) Ramada 2 and Softball field 3

The social event will kick off with a friendly BBQ to ease the tension,
followed by a dead-serious no-strike-out slow-pitch softball game, ending
with a round of drink-leftovers for those in need to drown your sorrows.

 

We hope all of you can join us for this event, whether it be to eat, mingle,
play ball, heckle, or cheer!

Many thanks to our generous donors, the event will be FREE, so just bring
yourself, your family, friends (and enemies!) and your baller spirit!

 

 

Feel free to bring any dishes, drinks, gloves, balls and bats to share

(but not required).
