Hello All,

For those of you who have requested Keyless Entry Access to Forbes, there
will be a testing date and time during the regular workday to determine if
your access to Forbes is working. Please see the note below from Carl
Olsen for the date and time.

Also, we do not keep the records of your request, CAT CARD number or PIN.
Therefore, if you know that you have requested access, and your CAT CARD
does not work, you may have to get a new CAT CARD (please refer to my email
of June 21, 2012 regarding this matter.) If you get a new CAT CARD please
bring it to the Admin Office, so that we can scan it and update your access.

Cheers

Donna-Rae

Subject: try your keyless access

I will send another announcement or two but I have set up with AMER-X this
Wednesday to have the South wing courtyard door remain locked so everyone
can, during normal hours, try your CatCard and PIN access to the Building. I
know people have been having trouble getting in on off hours, so here is
your chance during regular time to test your card. I will send out a
reminder tomorrow and then Wednesday make sure everyone knows about it, and
I will have a sign marking the Test Door.

Remember this Wednesday July 11, South Courtyard door.

Carl
