[Plantsci] Marley Steam Autoclaves - Report repairs

Hello All,

 

To the users of the Marley Steam Autoclaves on the 4th and 8th Floor.
Please remember, Renee Ammons is the contact person to report repair issues.
Her contact information is rammons at ag.arizona.edu and 520.621.1941.   

 

Also, please leave a note on the autoclave when you report the problem to
Renee that a service request has been placed.  So that other users know
there is a problem, it has been reported and not to use it until it has been
repaired.

 

Please do not call Facilities Management or Steris on your own for these
problems or repairs, Renee and I are the only two who are allowed to approve
charges for these repairs.
