Starting Friday, January 6, 2012, MINOR SET UP from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 7, 2012, SET UP FOR TRIBUTE 8:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M.
Sunday, January 8, 2012, MEMORIAL TRIBUTE 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 P.M.
Sunday, January 8, 2012, CONCLUSION/CLEAN UP  8:00 p.m. until completed

DESCRIPTION:
Facilities management will be assisting the University of Arizona with the
set up of the Memorial Tribute scheduled on the U of A Mall this Sunday,
January 8, 2012.  Minor set up will begin this afternoon, Friday, January
06, 2012 starting at 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2012
with load in and set up from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.  The active Memorial
Tribute will begin on Sunday, January 8, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
During the Memorial Tribute there will be restrictions on the Mall, Panel #
1 and # 2.  The cleanup will begin at 8:00 p.m. until completed.  Other
restrictions may occur during set up and clean up.
