DIGITAL LEARNING: Using the iPad in Higher Education

mobile technology for research, file-sharing, communication, note-taking, 

and a variety of other academic purposes. In the first of UA BookStores' 

monthly Tech Tuesdays, AppleR Campus Representatives Shon Gales 

and Wes Childs provide how-to insight regarding the use of the iPad in 

the classroom and general introductions to notable iPad apps such as 

DropBox, Star Walk, Flipboard, and iWork that will enrich the learning 

experience, expand research tools, and bring classroom teamwork to an 

entirely new level.
